I haven't updated in a long long time, things have been looking pretty dead. I have been running a Minecraft server, but due to some recent problems with moving from my desktop to a dedicated box, the server will be down for a few days while I have a look at it. Basically, any Linux system I've installed on it will go on just fine, but nothing has been able to install a working bootloader, so when it comes time to reboot, nothing can find any bootable system on the hard drive.
Another issue is that I use custom server software, CraftBukkit, which allows use of plugins, but because Notch updated Minecraft again, I have to wait a few days for an update for the server. I only have a handful of plugins installed, but not a single one worked on the new Linux system. I am also looking to find a server status checker I can add to the page, like the ones for my old Source servers.

I am going to start up a GMod server again, just as soon as I have a bit of time to install everything again.

In other news, the Vision Clan, which was started by Insanity, has fallen into my hands. Go ahead, look. I'm guessing he left for some reason, but I don't really know what happened. Anyway, I may start a server under the Vision name seeing as I can.
Please feel free to join either Vision Clan, or BFS.

This is important!!!
Important parts highlighted to get past the whole tl;dr thing.
For an unknown reason, clients are not able to download the maps and other custom files from my servers. The problem besides not being able to download the maps directly from the server, is that we use custom maps, some exclusive to this server (thanks to half-health for creating these maps). Because of custom maps, there are custom files such as fortification props which CAN be downloaded elsewhere. TO MAKE IT SIMPLE: You'll need to download the server files from somewhere besides my server, so here you go:
Counter-Strike Files
DarkRP Files
Fretta Files
Custom Files
I do not take credit for custom game content unless I specifically say it is mine.
For Counter-Strike, put the files in your cstrike folder, for GMod, put the files in your second garrysmod folder.

I recently ran across a challenge to create a Fretta gamemode. The contest is to create a gamemode that people like with as few bugs as possible. The contest runs from December 1st to February 1st 2010. The more official explanation can be found here: http://frettacontest.facepunchstudios.com/. Luckily for me, I just got a Fretta server up and running, so testing will be no problem. Go to the forums here and give me feedback on what you'd like to see in a game, and I'll take the ideas and do my best to get a gamemode up and running so I can release it to the public for the contest and see what happens from there.

This is important, so read it!
Right now, we are looking at a possibility of teaming up with Vision clan, started by Insanity. His servers have been down for a year, but recently he's started two back up. If we team up, Insanity will be running a build server on Gmod, while I will run the Fretta game mode on my servers.
I originally set up the server so I would have the ability to get people together to work on cinematic projects. Recently, I've moved more towards a public server because I've been doing work locally more than over the internet.
Anyway, feel free to play the Fretta game mode on my servers, and play on Insanity's build server.
